The Court Security Division provides security for Superior, State, Juvenile, Probate and Magistrate Courts held at the Cherokee County Justice Center.

When you have a case in the Justice Center or just visiting please remember no weapons of any kind are allowed in the Justice Center.

Items that are prohibited inside the justice center are any type of gun (handgun or rifle), potential weapon, explosive material. knives, pepper spray, pepper gas, mace, aerosols, scissors, knitting needles, and or any kind of sharp pointed item that could be used as a weapon.

Additionally, local (ordnance 96-05) does not allow any food or drink to be brought into the Justice Center. Food and drink may be purchased in the canteen but must remain in this designated area.
